Whenever I try to use my hyperterminal to submit Medicare claims I get a "no answer" or "disconnected" response. We contacted Medicare and they said their system is working and we contacted our telephone provider and they said everything is working. It does make the "fax" noises when it tries to connect but nothing has been working. Please help!1 person needs an answerI do too
