How to view psd and pdf thumbnails instead of icones in Windows 7
I am a new user of Windows 7. In the document folders all the pdf, psd, idd, etc... thumbnails have been replaced by standard icones. How can I get the thumbnails back? In Windows vista I used the psicon.dll in Adobe shell, but it's not working with Windows 7.

You will need an image codec or a thumbnail provider for each file format. Our PSD codec provides thumbnails for PSD, INDD, AI, and EPS files on 64 bit and 32 bit Windows 7. A free trial is available at http://www.ardfry.com/psd-codec

Hi, Here's a workaround for your reference: Enable Thumbnail View for PSD files in Windows explorer: http://www.techyard.net/enable-thumbnail-view-for-psd-files-in-windows-explorer/ Regards, Miya Note: Since the webiste is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice.
