How to upgrade from Beta version of MS Office Professional Plus 2010 running with Windows XP Pro
I was provided (downloaded) with MS Office Professional Plus 2010 in a beta version to solve a problem I had. MS technical support provided the download to me. Now what? For example, this beta version has a Product Identification (PID) number but no activation. My email application is Microsoft Outlook Express which lost spell checking functionality when MS Office 2010 was installed.

The Outlook Express forum is here: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/xpnetwork/threads. I'm going to move your thread there.Go into Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs, locate Microsoft Office 2010 and uninstall it, if you no longer wish to use it. I don't know, however, if that will fix the spell check in OE. Installing Office 2007 or 2010 disables the spell check in OE in a few languages. See this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932974.
