There is a Wi-Fi network using 802.1x and nps  to assign  different user to different subnets. I need a way to quickly switch between users to login into the network so I can quickly switch between subnets.

For Windows 8.1 client, you could use Netsh.exe tool to add multiple network profile.

I had hoped that I wouldn't have to resort to scripting to achieve this, guess I was too optimistic.
