Hi Hernan,
Generally when the time is updated in Windows, it is also updates the BIOS clock.
Based on the current situation, I suggest updating BIOS from the manufacture. If the time is incorrect, please change it in BIOS manually.
In addition, would you please let me know how old is your computer? Maybe it's time to replace the CMOS battery.

Thanks for your reply,
thats mean the windows is trying to change the BIOS clock and is failing?, or is updating the BIOS clock OK but the battery is too low to keep the correct time?
the Motherboard is a GA-965P-DS3P 3 or 4 years old.
there is any way to cancel this update?
im running an application thats save data every minute, this clock update is generating lot of data missing. so i think that the windows maybe is updating its time with the BIOS clock and not the oposite.
thanks again

You Windows OS is getting its time from the CMOS. You can also update the CMOS time by changing the time on your Windows OS.
Disabling the time functionality of Windows is unsupported.
I would advise you to try making the modifications according to the following article - 223184 Registry entries for the W32Time service
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;223184
Specifically -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
Name - Type :
Type - REG_SZ
Used to control how a computer synchronizes.
Data -
Nt5DS = synchronize to domain hierarchy [default]
NTP = synchronize to manually configured source
NoSync = do not synchronize time
