I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, and every 2 hours the clock is synchronized by the Kernel, the PC is not connected to a network or internet (cable disconnected) , the time sync in scheduler task is disabled, what can i do to stop the clock sync.? Thanks in advance Hernan

Thanks for your reply, thats mean the windows is trying to change the BIOS clock and is failing?, or is updating the BIOS clock OK but the battery is too low to keep the correct time? the Motherboard is a GA-965P-DS3P 3 or 4 years old. there is any way to cancel this update? im running an application thats save data every minute, this clock update is generating lot of data missing. so i think that the windows maybe is updating its time with the BIOS clock and not the oposite. thanks again Hernan

You Windows OS is getting its time from the CMOS. You can also update the CMOS time by changing the time on your Windows OS. Disabling the time functionality of Windows is unsupported.
