How to setup oulook/exchange email to share email accounts with individual domain accounts
My company has agents working at customer locations. Each customer location has their own email. Now the agents signs onto Windows using a shared local account with the email setup to support that particular customer. Agents are rotated in and out of the different customer locations. My objective is to have individual accountability, via unique domain accounts, while continuing to support customer specific emails. So my question is; how can I setup outlook 2003/Exchange to have a shared email account (based on the physical computer XP) and allow anyone who logs into that computer with a domain account to use the shared email. Hi Brian, I have the same issue with this one and I got the answer. Thanks for your help. But i have another question. What if I want to a voice message on my outlook. What i mean is, instead of sending email I want it as voice email. Is that possible? I want to integrate that voice email on my outlook for business purposes. Hope i can get a feedback. Thanks.
