Mail defaults to yahoo after setting to live mail in xp. When I hit the mail icon up top, it still goes to yahoo. same with send page by email, goes to yahoo, even after I set default mail to live mail. even after uninstalling livemail and reinstalling. Have you made Windows Live Mail the default in the Start Menu? If not, right-click Start > Properties > Start Menu Tab > Customize and make the email link point to WLM. You should now be able to Send Page, etc. and key in your email details.
