How to schedule a .bat file biweekly?

I have a developed multiple .bat files and included them all in one .bat file.

I want this to run bi-weekly on Friday 11 A.M. I tried using Windows schedule manager but it doesn't have bi-weekly option.

Please suggest any options. Thanks in advance.
