This not an issue, I just need implement something as an administrator. i have list of computer names we are using DHCP resolve IP's time to time these IP's get changed i need a solution to access the pc's from PC name e.g :- INFORMAPC0001.se.sweden.com is there anyway of creating a formula or any other ways to resolve IP ? i want to create in excel. I need to access the PC in just one click from excel

I don't think you can click something in Excel to do this. You can use a LAN scanner (Google for various programs or look on your favorite downloads site). Or, depending on how many computers you have, you can just ping the computer name from a command prompt and you'll get back its IP address. Then you can enter the information into an Excel spreadsheet. Or, again depending on how many computers you're talking about, you could just give them static IPs and be done with it.
