How to remove other antivirus program from the Windows Security Centre Virus Protection colume?
My PC operated in Windows XP Home Edition. After removed COMODO antivirus program, I find the COMODO antivirus program still operated in Windows Security Centre Virus Protection colume.How to remove the COMODO antivirus program from the Windows Security Centre Virus Protection colume? Hi,* Go to start > run and type: wbemtest > hit enter* There, click connect* In the field on top, where it says "root\default", type root\SecurityCenter instead, then click the connect button.* Below, click the "Query... " button* In the query box, type: Select * From AntivirusProduct and hit apply.* In there, select the entry with the guid {043803A3-4F86-4ef6-AFC5-F6E02A79969B} and hit delete below. Then close that window.* In the query box again, type: Select * From FirewallProduct and hit apply.* In there, select the entry with the guid {043803A3-4F86-4ef6-AFC5-F6E02A79969B} and hit delete below.This only applies for when you had Comodo installed. For other Antivirus and Firewalls, it will be another guid.Hope this helps.
