hi

with regurd, last hour i installed Windows 8.1 and i have freezing right click on ducuments file
and after freezing windows 8.1 's windows is crashed and close. please gude me corect and solve this serius problem.

 I shall suggest you to download the ShellExView  It is an excellent tool to view and manage all installed shell extensions. The rule is to disable non-Microsoft context menu handlers one-by-one and verify if the problem is solved.

If the above doesn't help then  run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files.

go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization and set Windows Default Themes - Windows

and try right click again, I suggest also do clean boot or uninstall 3rd party theme installed (if any)

What is your current situation?

Please use the task manager to check which process or program occupy a large amount of system resource.
