I'm developing an app for a company which will be runing on many devices with Win8.1 RT OS.

Their requires was:

1. the app will auto startup while the device was power on

2.can not be going to the background

3.can not be going to the desktop or start menu of the device.

Yes, it just like an ATM application.

I know there were some declarations or procotols to make it, but I forget it.

Will some body give me some advise ?

Take a look at the Assigned Access feature. Since this is system configuration rather than app development it is a better w question for TechNet than MSDN
