I want to make all user account cannot install program, even he's in a administrator level.. Is it possible if i use Win XP Home.? cause what i see, all of them say, it possible if i use XP Prof.If it possible, i want do this from a control panel or from a regedit or from a bios.. i dont want use some software except that's freeware..Thanx1 person needs an answerI do too
