How to log on to your Windows XP-based computer if I have forgot my password?

Want to reset XP admin password?Here are 2 options to change lost administrator password without learning it. Hope they can work for you!Option 1: If you can log on your laptop with an administrator account, you can change the password following the steps:1. Right-click Computer to select Manage.2. In the coming Local Users and Groups screen, double-click Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.3. Right-click the account that you need to reset the password for, and then click Set Password.4. Type and confirm the new password.Note: you can also go to Local Users and Groups screen by clicking Start button and inputting lusrmgr.msc into the Search box.Netplwiz.Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type \Administrator\ (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows. Now you can reset your account password from \Control Panel - User Accounts\. Same thing can be done using Safe Mode.
