Add ?sl=1 to the end of the meeting url and paste it into the browser address bar to force the use of Lync web app.
Example:
Origninal: https://meet.domain.com/michael/JMGZ49V
Modified for Lync web app: https://meet.domain.com/michael/JMGZ49V?sl=1

There isn't a way in Lync to configure that. So it would have to manually edited or you might be able to use an Exchange transport rule to customize the invite after being sent: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398638(v=ocs.14).aspx .

Hi,

For your reference, here is a blog how to force the use of the Lync Web App:

http://blogs.technet.com/b/toml/archive/2011/02/04/how-to-force-the-use-of-the-lync-reach-client-just-append-this-to-the-url-sl-1.aspx

As Michael said, you would have to use exchange transport rule to customize the meeting invite.
