As per your advice , I must download Trail version first, then install it and activate this trial version with my licence key , is it right? when should i install service pack 1? Is it before activation or after? and i want to ask one question: I have already said this (i.e. to install any windows 7 trail version, and then activate it with licence key) to my friend who have installed operating system on my laptop, then he denied that it won't work, so I am again asking, will it work because I will be in trouble if it won't work since I don't have any tech support here around my place. thanks.

but, still i daily update the Microsoft Security Essentials , and run the scan on every 3 or 4 days, still the problem can occur at any time, but not at that level because earlier , the problem used to occur may be 10 or 12 times in every 24 hours and i had to shut down the system for the sake of safety but now , it may occur 2 to 3 times in 72 to 100 hours, so my laptop is becoming fine but still the problem persists thats why i am asking for the cure of this problem, but if it didn't get resolved then may be as and when my download of OS gets completed, I will format it and reinstall it . But still I am looking ahead for a solution not the reinstallation. regards.

Sir, Due to some problem, I am bound to format my laptop and reinstall my Windows 7 operating System, but the problem is that one of my friend have installed the operating system into my laptop and provided me a Product Key and didn't give the Windows 7 CD, therefore, now I don't have the CD of Windows 7 but I have the Product Key to activate this Operating System.
