How to hide specific files in a library?
Example: I have a Library called Pictures, which includes a location, say c:\media. Now, this c:\media folder contains photos, as well as videos and music. Is it possible to hide the videos and the music and list only the photos, without physically moving the files? Thanks.

An easy way to show just the MP3's would be in the search box in the corner type *.MP3 and just will show those or whatever extensions you want to show and rest will be hidden until you close the window.Tim Comes

Thank you, Tim. That helps, but is still quite limited. What if I want to display *.avi AND *.mov? I don't seem to be able to that?

Fabio, Unfortunately, that is not supported in Windows 7 as of now. You're welcome to post a suggestion, however, to our comments thread , where it has a better chance of being considered by the developers.-Alex
