How to globally disable DPI Scaling for applications?

For some reason, the majority of applications appear fuzzy, therefore I disable the DPI Scaling to fix this.

However, this is a nuisance repeating the same process for every application I download, and am wondering if there is a way to globally disable the DPI Scaling; for all applications.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Open up "Personalize" by right-clicking on the desktop and then click on "Display" which can be found on the lower left hand side of the window.

Well it means the application you are using is not Aware.

Fix Blurry Fonts in Specific Applications

Many third-party desktop applications have blurry fonts when scaling is used. Windows 8.1 enables DPI scaling for all desktop apps, and ones that arent high-DPI aware will have blurry or fuzzy text, especially when theyre blown up to 200%.

Theoretically, this applies only to older applications that arent aware of DPI scaling.

To fix this problem, you can disable display scaling for specific apps. To do so, right-click the desktop applications shortcut and select Properties. If the application is on the taskbar, right-click the taskbar icon, right-click the applications name, and select Properties.

Even for enterprise we disable the DPI scaling per application using regkey as you can see here:http://blogs.technet.com/b/mspfe/archive/2013/11/22/disabling-dpi-scaling-on-windows-8-1-the-enterprise-way.aspx
