It has started from when I format all computer for first time and install New OS win 7. NO LOCAL POLICIES ARE CONFIGURED ON ANY COMPUTER.
checked By me :
1) password protection on network connection is Disable
2) Network Discovery is enabled.
3 All other Adv. Network connection configurations and done.

PLEASE READ ABOVE INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND HELP ME FOR MY QUESTION.
Note: - All computers have newly installed OS and No local users policies are configured All IPs are configured. This access is disabled by system (Machine) not by administrator (Human)

Hi,
You can open HomeGroup troubleshooter to troubleshoot the issue first:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-the-HomeGroup-troubleshooter
Furthermore, you can temporally disable the firewall and antivirus program for test.
If the issue persists, also please try to delete the old homegroup, and create a new one to see if the same issue occurs.
