I need to use OpenGL 2.0 or Higher because I get some appication. But this appication show error windows "Current OpenGL version 1.1 is too low, 2.000000 expected". So I want to get OpenGL version 2.0 or Higher. How to get it ?

You need the latest OpenGL drivers i.e. the one from intel. The microsoft WDDM one's dont support OpenGL2.0. I also faced the same problem but finally found correct drivers. You can try them here:

I have tested them to work with OpenGL 2.0 apps, plus they also install on Windows 8.1.

for some reason, it seems that the file is no longer available. i am looking for an x86 version. could you please tell me where else can i find it ? thanks!

you need update new driver i try it better way i have AMD and find there driver and update please let try check your display adabter
