How to export / backup Windows 7 settings?
I am formatting a Windows 7 64 bit based PC. To speed the new installation, I would like, before the format, to export all the present settings (energy saving, folders view, etc.). How can I do this? Is there a built-in utility or a third party software? Thank you!

That's what Windows Easy Transfer (WET) is for. Start>Accessories>System Tools>Windows Easy TransferPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
