How to enable DHCP and Static IP adress on the same NIC ?
How to make such thing in XP I know - in registry. But in vista\7 it doesn't work. Please help, how can I configure two types of addresses on one interface?

You can assign an "Alternate Configuration" to the TCP/IP properties. Go to IPV4, properties. If the client is DHCP enabled, then the "Alternate Configuration" tab will be displayed.
