How to enable ( pin to taskbar) in windows 7 Ultimate
when I drag an icon to taskbar, there is one option (close window)how can Re-enable,(pin to taskbar) option.

You can use a right-click on a desktop icon, select "pin to taskbar", done. If you drag an icon to the taskbar, a right-click on it should show two choices "close windows" and "unpin from taskbar". Some shortcuts to specific files cannot be pinned such as Control.exe, install.exe, rundll32.exe etc. Also shortcuts with keywords like Documentation, Help, Install (etc.) cannot be pinned. So what is the name of the shortcut and its target program?
