How to download Silverlight streaming video
I have tried DownloadHelper and Orbit Downloader to download Silverlight streaming video but none of these works. Does anyone know a utility which can download Silverlight streaming video?

Hi,
Microsoft Silverlight is a programmable web browser plugin that enables features such as animation, vector graphics
and audio-video playback that characterize rich Internet applications.
You can try to use sniffer to capture Silverlight video’s link, then download the video:

If it doesn’t work, since it more related with Microsoft Silverlight, I suggest to contact Microsoft Silverlight

Sniff the video URL then download it from its real video
URL is a featured method of a streaming video recorder to
save Internet videos. Getting the video torrent to download from it will retain the video quality as its original. Not like some other programs that save videos at lower quality.
