Try the steps below: 1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> System. 2. Click Remote settings on the left pane. 3. Uncheck "Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer". 4. Select "Don't allow connections to this computer". 5.
