How to disable the games folder.
I have 750GB of games... I arrange them in categories and so such.. The only complaint i have with 7 is every game creates a new link in the games folder. i would like to just completely disable that folder because i find no use for it since i do my own organization. Any way i can do that without breaking things? Thanks! Running windows 7 Ultimate RTM x64

Hi DrX69, Currently, we cannot completely disable the Game Explorer. But as work around, you can delete games folder by the following steps:· Select “Don’t display this item" under “Customize start menu" -> Games· Turn off “Games" by uncheck it inside “Turn windows features on or off" and delete “Games" folder in “All programs". (But the folder will be back if user use turns on this feature)Hope it helps.
