I met a customer and he wants to open an e-learning center using Microsoft Lync. Does anyone know or experience a project that help customers building an e-learning class? include exam, training, class, document storage... I have an idea that training can use lync client with enterprise voice, documents will be store in sharepoint, but don't know how about the exam? which solution that we might have?

There is no built-in e-learing features in Lync as far as I kown.However,Lync provides lots of API for developping extended features,maybe you can use it with Lync poll to develop a customize application to meet your customer's requirement.
