Hi, I would like to ask a question on Windows live hotmail. I have forgot password of an account, and I have submitted reset request via Windows Live Help Center. Thought the notification mail says that normally it takes up to 24 hours for verification, so far it has been two days and I haven't received a response yet. Does Live hotmail has a phone contact, rather than merely the forum? Bob
