Hello, I have searched forums, answer long time was that big "NO" from microsoft staff,  we don't care we are  much smarter than users.

So my question is, is here some option or fix how to use shared key in wifi network?

I am forced to use network with shared key and I CANNOT change that. Network is not mine and admin is probably former Microsoft employee, so he will not discuss anything. 

Or even maybe it's MY decision which encryption I will use and even Microsoft however is OS maker he cannot decide it for me?

I can understand your feelings.

Shared WEP is insecure. Based on my knowledge, I cant find any official solution to make Windows 8.1 support Shared-WEP.
