Hi Richa km,

We can check the log files to troubleshoot the issue .

The log files usually locate in the following locations :

generalize :
%WINDIR%\System32\Sysprep\Panther

specialize:
 %WINDIR%\Panther\

unattended actions:
 %WINDIR%\Panther\Unattendgc

Best regards

hello,
I have gone through this https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2769827 and also check the log file .Remove the packages that caused error during sysprep and after that it get sysprep without any error.
But the issue is that  i need that app package(Metroapps) to be capture so to that apps get installed after deploying the captured image not to remove it then get captured.
Is there another way to get captured windows 8.1 with Metroapp without remove the MetroApp ?

Thanks
Richa KM

Hi Richa km ,

Have you noticed this sentence in the KB 2769827 ?

"If an All-user package provisioned into the image was un-provisioned manually from the image, but not removed for a particular user, then during sysprep, the provider will run into an error cleaning out this package. The provider will also fail if an All-user package provisioned into the image, was updated by one of the users on this reference machine."

If that is the issue ,we can delete the specific profile to have a check .Here is a link for reference :

Are the apps the LOB( line-of-business (LOB)) apps ?

If they are the LOB apps , we can try to use dism or powershell command to add them to the image .Here is a link for reference :
