How to authenticate my win 7 install?
My laptop computer recently crashed. In an effort to fix it I swapped the two hard drives out and the secondary was put in as the main and only drive right now. it did not have an OS on it so I put my fully paid for Win 7 Home CD in and it booted from that. I installed win 7 to get back to work. I got a notice during authentication that the OS was not for a clean install but only for an upgrade. Now it shows my OS is not genuine. Is there a fix for this. I really do have a paid for copy of win 7.
