How to access administrator's folders/files
Hi, My Toshiba Satellite A-105 recently crashed and I have to reformat the disc, but first i wanted to back up my files from the hard drive. I bought an external hard drive enclosure, set it up, and plugged it in to my other (healthy) computer. It worked fine except that I cannot access my administrator files/folders (from the hard drive of the crashed laptop). It says "G:\Documents and Settings\Ray is not accessible. Access is denied." This is my dad's account by the way, and the other accounts can be accessed. I want to know, is there any way to bypass this, anyway to access our precious files/folders on the administrative account? Thank you, Randy1 person got this answerI do too
