I am using Windows from 98 SE. Even for Windows (10) Technical Preview few programs are needed for internet or few website refuses audio video. This problem is answered from high speed internet connection and/or install of few programs which runs Windows in problems should installation fails, today all these problems were answered from a 'WiFiProtector' program (I use 3G Dongle for internet access), but it seems online popups know it because graphics suggests poetic communication from them to user, this program changed IP address to their server's routing to anonymous France's IP address, I was told about anonymous surfing etc., which slowed internet access then. Because I prefer not hiding IP address, and of slow internet access, I uninstalled program, which increased Windows 8.1's internet speed, just as on installing many programs, tell me how secure this program for Windows (because it has probably set processor threads or numbers, overclocked or something).

Windows all versions default nstallations needs many other programs for (atleast) internet, but today I found a 'WiFiProtector' programs installation speeded Windows so much so these programs installation seems not necessary, how secure is this program?

Just other important message for online computer users, not only your regular surfing is tracked, recorded and used in many non commercial or commercial decisions (not harm) but your online surfing machine would be configured depending on your good or bad programs or website surfing because computer configures completely dynamically from web server's your records (your registered programs, free, trials or purchased if they are great, your computer would become great without even their installation from your desktop), happy surfing.
