Eric Hi Eric You only need to create one System Repair Disk. When you boot from this disk it gives you access to all of the pre-boot repair options, such as System Restore, Stsrtup Repair, Restore from a backup image, Command Prompt, etc. It's a good idea to check this disk occassionally to make sure it has not been damaged. Ronnie, One last question before you close out this thread: Given that the Win 7 Backup does not backup EFS certificates, anything that I have encrypted with EFS, I have been, as a best practice (in my mind) I have decrypted it prior to backing up and then re-encrypting upon completion of said back up. Sound like a good idea? I realize that I don't want the SRD nor the seperate internal drive falling into the wrong hands, otherwise the encrypted info could be accessed, but assuming I did not have to worry about that, my plan sounds good, right??
