You will only be able to upgrade one computer if you buy one copy of Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade edition. You need one Windows 7 license for each computer you install it on. If you want it on two computers, you'll need to buy two copies. -Nick

Thanks for the answer, also can Windows Home Premium people only upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium or can they go from Home Premium to Ultimate?

Windows Vista Home Premium users can upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, however, discount pricing on upgrades is only available for Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Home Premium. Once you have Windows 7 Professional or Home Premium installed, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate without reinstalling your OS for an extra fee (which has not yet been published.) -Nick

Thanks for all the help Nick, just one last question (Sorry, just concerned lol) I have the 64-bit version so will the upgrade contain both 32bit and 64bit?

Yes, though you'll only be able to upgrade to the 64-bit version because your current Windows Vista install is 64-bit. -Nick
