Hi Guys, How i enable hardware restriction on local PC (XP pro) that is not join to a domain. My goals is to disable all 3G USB modem. Please advise. Thanks in advance

I don't think it is possible to do a such thing. This kind of restriction is able to apply in a domain using WMI filters so that some GPOs can be applied/non-applied if they meet certain requirements.
