So I got my PC infected by this software called Internet Security 2010. I tried tapping F8 before the logon screen, and selected safe mode, but my system just restarted and led me to the logon screen all over again! I can't open task manager or system restore, since it says that these files are "infected" which I know they are not. I tried installing a new virus protection program, but it just said to keep restarting it and restarting it over and over again. I looked at many guides on the web, and none of them seemed to help, because I can't access most of the files needed to discard this ridiculous program. HELP PLEASE! And please don't explain what this program is, I know it's a rogue anti-virus software!!! I even tried typing MSCONFIG onto the RUN program, and it didn't let me through. I also disabled the software from start up, but it just made a new checkbox.1 person needs an answerI do too
