Because of a whole in the BIOS of my computer. A man by the name of Atak Snajpera was able to go through Windows Media player by making himself a Certificate from Media Info. He and many of his friends were able to enter into my computer and have a ball on my account. I brought my computer in to be cleaned "factory fresh" 7 times and, of course, they loaded my Window programs back in, and, back were my problems. Sincerely, Marge
