Hi, Some sites do have the facility to watch the video online for free but if you want to download you might have to pay for the same. Just browsing to any infected site would infect your computer with worms and virus you need not have to open to download anything from the site. It is advisable not to browse to site which you are not sure of the source. Of course you can get a virus from an e-mail. This is probably the #1 or #2 way folks get infected. Most common is when folks open an attachment, especially one from someone they don't know. However, you can get infected simply by opening the e-mail.
