I was looking through the message centre and it is asking me to make a repair disk but that is to repair it to factory setting and i used anytime upgrade to get to ultimate and i am wondering how to make a repair disk for that instead.

A repair CD can be made by going to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Backup and Restore > Create a system repair disc (in the left pane) > pick your optical drive (if more than one) and click Create disc.
