How do you get rid of the Control Center Best PC Health viris?
When I suspected there might be a problem, I restarted my computer and was hit with the opening box named the Control Center Best PC Health viris. My desktop won't come up and you can't get past this box. They want you to buy their Security program and give them credit card info. Not being an expert I managed to use ctl, alt, del to reach the task manager and then get online to search for info on this viris.I went to Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Security essentials, did the scan and it found 3 infected files which I removed. Restarted and the same viris was still active. Then I found Malwarebytes.com. They described this viris exactly so I downloaded there antiviris software, did the recommended quick scan, it found 51 viris which I deleted. Restarted and it was still in control! So I ran the full scan (it took all night) and it found 10 more which I removed. They were the same 3 that had been deleted by Microsoft essentials. This viris just keeps coping its self over and over.Is there any software out there I can run at home to get rid of this viris or should I just go ahead and take it in to be worked on?1 person needs an answerI do too
