Open System Properties (Right Click on My Computer). Click On Advanced Tab Under Advanced Tab > Performance > Settings. This will open Perfomance Option Window. Here Again Click on Advanced Tab. Under Advanced Tab > Virtual Memory click on Change button. This will Open Virtual Memory Settings. Here you will find home drive with Paging settings ( in most cases C:). select Your drive. Now there are three options below Drive letter List. Custom Size: System Managed size No Paging select Custom size. and set Initial Size to your RAM size. and Maximum Size as you want (in regular cases this is double of RAM size) you can set 3 or 4 times. but you need free space on your hard drive.EmersioN

Without knowing how much physical memory is in the system, it does not seem appropriate to suggest a minimum / initial size, or a maximum size. For guidance on choosing a page file size, refer to the "How Big Should I Make the Paging File?" section of Pushing the Limits of Windows: Virtual Memory.
