Alright so basically I only have 4 days till my exam, probably 3 till i get a reply that actually helps. Ive spent like 3 days just fixing stuff, I really can't afford to fail my exam which will lead me to huge problems, so PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MORE TIME PLEASE! Now that i've fixed around 5-6 0x800 whatever errors,but now only 1 error problem, internet problem..... Now every time i turn on Network discovery and file and printer sharing, it goes back to off. So I went to services and tried turning the following on: SSDP Discovery (Done) TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper (Done) Computer browser (Error 1068) Server (Error 1068) DNS client (Error 1079 and 1068) Function discovery resource republication (Done) So what is the actual question? What I want is the following: Computer Browser: The dependencies (other things I need to start up on services) Server:The dependencies (other things I need to start up on services) DNS Client: The dependencies (other things I need to start up on services), this isn't the only problem though, I changed the Log on as Local System account, still got the error. So I did the same but ticked the box 'Allow service to interact with desktop', yet I still got the error. So I went down and clicked the box This account: Local Service and cleared both passes and applied yet i still got the error? Also i changed the dns client property from Local service (at that time I didn't get the 1079 error) to local system then back to local service and now i get the error :( P.S I got the network discovery started, however I still need the DNS client, Server and computer browser to start the printer sharing.
