I need to remove a second administrator user account from my system that a computer tech created when trying to resolve a program issue. Can I do this from the commands?

Thanks guys! I have tried all of your suggestions and it seems that all I can really do is hide it which is a pain because other machines can still see it when sharing files. I even tried run, control userpasswords2, press enter which brings up the "User Accounts" window. In the "User Accounts" window, I select the user I wanted to remove and click the "Remove" button but I just get a message saying that I cannot remove a local user account.

Thanks but this just hides the account. Other machines that are sharing files still see it.

To ALL who Need to remove a Second Administrator Account,,or Any unwanted accounts. This is the Easiest and simplest Action to take. 1- Open Start Menu 2-Right click on Computer 3-Scroll down to Properties and click 4-On the window that opens ,,Look to the Left,,Four or five options down is "Advanced System Setting's" Select it. 5-The next window has Three option's Stacked on each other,, Select "User Profiles" By clicking the setting's Button. 6-The Screen these action's will bring you to is Quite Self Explanatory,,and furthermore you should have NO problem in taking it from There. 7-In case it's Still Confusing,,Just Single click the Account you Want removed,,once it's highlighted Select the option below to "Delete". 8-Don't worry ,,Windows Will NOT Let you delete the account you are currently using. 9-I was in this Jam A while back,,and Was still VERY uncomfortable about using Command Prompt. So I found My own Way. It may look Long Typed out ,,but it takes max, about Half a minute to Complete, and there is no Point in the entire Process where you are NOT using the Ever Friendly GUI windows has Bestowed upon us all.I hope that This Post Find's a Person in need , and help's get rid of that Stinking unwanted User Account. Best Regards to ALL.
