How do I remove & reinstall Vista W/O disc?
I want to remove & reinstall Vista but do not have a disc. How can I do this? I have been having issues with not being able to update Vista, install programs & more & just want to start over. I have backed up all my files & am just sitting here with eyes crossed from trying to figure out to do this... Thanks!

Hi ezbme, thanks for the post. Based on my knowledge, we need to use the Windows Vista DVD to format and reinstall the system. I suggest you submit a support incident via the following link to troubleshoot the issues and see if you can get a new disc to reinstall the system. https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?iid=111&iguid=d136413c-ae85-4bcf-8b60-d78fcb9b777c_1_3&ln=en-us&tzone=-480 Meanwhile, if you are using OEM computer, you can check if you can get restore CD from the manufacturer. Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT
