It depends on the network devices between you and the website. If one of them does not support IPv6, or any firewall blocks it, you will not get answer. We have IPv6 work in our domain, we can monitor the IPv6 packs in Network Monitor. However when I access
the website you provided, it says:
You appear to be able to browse the IPv4 internet only. You will not be able to reach IPv6-only sites. Additionally, depending on your ISP, your IPv4 expericence may degrade over time.
Your readiness scores
7/10 for your IPv4 stability and readiness, when publishers offer both IPv4 and IPv6
0/10 for your IPv6 stability and readiness, when publishers are forced to go IPv6 only

Did you read the %subj%? I am talking about "terredo tunnel" by such
thing my ipv6 connectivity should be "tunnelled" via ipv4 internet.
As far as I understands internet texts, the tunnelling should be enebled
by default in the Win7. But did not works for me. my question is
tageted, what I can do for terredo working.
