If you have a free Yahoo mail account in the USA that isn't sponsored by your Internet service provider, Yahoo doesn't allow you to access it from Outlook Express. That requires a paid Yahoo! Mail Plus account. I have one, and I think it's well worth the small cost. Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional

You're welcome, Ellis. Outlook Express uses the same Inbox for all accounts. It doesn't have a separate Inbox for each account. You can create a Yahoo folder and a message rule to automatically move messages from the Yahoo account into that folder.Boulder Computer MavenMicrosoft Most Valuable Professional

Verify that the account settings that you made are right, especially the port and SSL settings on the Yahoo account's Advanced tab.Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional
