My Dad said that he added an account for himself and my Mom but did not delete my grandmother's account. Somehow his account and my Mom's have disappeared and the administrator privilages for my grandmothers account have been removed. How do I get them back? Please HELP! As it stands right now the only user account I can find on the computer is my Grandmother's and it doesn't have the privilages to be able to use system restor to try to go back or to create a new account.
