How do I block an unwanted program that I've deleted but it keeps coming back?
There's a program that is bogging down my computer. I went into change or remove programs and it's not in there. I did a search and found it and deleted it and emptied it out of the recycle bin but it keeps coming back. I know it's affecting my computer as soon as I start it up because it takes awhile for everything to load (desktop, taskbar, etc.) This happens almost eveytime I start my computer. My computer is not on a network. The reason I know what the name of the program is is becuase when I go to restart the computer I get a message saying "program not responding" and the name of the program at the top of the messgae box is "realupgrade.exe", this is an Adobe file. Is there any way to block this program from gaining access to my computer?2 people need an answerI do too

Download and install the free Quick Startup. Not only does it check for the necessity of startup programs but it can identify ‘nasties‘. Get it herehttp://www.glarysoft.com/qs.html?tag=downloadTo disable (recommended action) an entry, remove the tick alongside its name. To delete an entry from the list (it doesn't uninstall anything), highlight it and click Delete in the left pane.If you are unsure about an entry and want to know more about it, highlight it and then click ‘More information’ at the bottom of the screen.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Realupgrade.exe is a RealPlayer file, from realnetworks, its not an Adobe filehttp://uk.real.com/realplayer/Real Player can be a pain in the butt as it tends to insert startup entries even if you elect not to, Of course Real was one of those who complained about MS, and then they go about making their program difficult to configure
